How we handle roof replacement
When a roof is past the point of patch repairs, a full replacement is the honest answer. We strip the existing covering back to the timbers, inspect and replace any damaged sarking or joists, then rebuild with new membrane, battens and your choice of tile or slate.
Every re-roof includes new ventilation where it is needed, dressed lead at abutments and chimneys, and a full tidy of the site once we are done. Scaffolding, skips and waste removal are all arranged by us and included in your quote.
Before anything starts you get a free survey and a written, itemised quote covering materials, labour, access and waste. The finished roof comes with a 10 year warranty in writing, and the house stays wind and watertight at the end of every working day.

No. The house stays wind and watertight at the end of every working day, and we keep disruption inside your home to a minimum.
Do you deal with scaffolding and skips?
Yes. We arrange scaffolding, skips and all waste removal as part of the job, and the cost is included in your quote.
